Le bassin de l’Atlantique, un domaine de réflexion et un champ d’action pluriel, ouvert et innovateur. Dans ce court texte, je voudrais poser la question de savoir pourquoi il faut repenser l’Atlantique aujourd’hui en ayant en tête, comme objectif ultime, celui de rapprocher les deux bordures et les deux hémisphères du bassin Atlantique afin de jeter les bases d’une communauté atlantique au sens plein du terme.
