Abstract
Ce chapitre s’attache à décrire l’intérêt des archives historiques et de la narration dans le contexte d’une recherche longitudinale d’un cas unique couvrant les 25 années d’existence d’une entreprise de taille moyenne opérant à l’international dans le domaine de la biotechnologie industrielle. Il s’appuie sur une combinaison de méthodes qualitatives et quantitatives dans le but de rechercher de manière abductive des explications pour les événements observés en s’intéressant à l’influence des contextes sur les processus.
