Abstract
En créant le Collectif Vin vivant, un projet hybride entre sciences humaines, arts plastiques et sciences du vivant, Emmanuelle Blanc, Denis Chartier et Aurélien Gabriel Cohen partaient de l’envie commune de « rendre sensible les réponses que des pratiques attachées à un territoire peuvent composer face à la crise écologique contemporaine ». Des réponses qu’ils situent avant tout dans un certain rapport au sensible et au vivant. Durant plusieurs années, ils ont arpenté les vignes, côtoyé les vignerons, créé et pensé en lien avec un territoire (une portion des vallées du Cher et du Beuvron) afin d’y démêler les rapports au(x) vivant(s) qui s’y jouaient durant la vinification. Le fruit de ce long travail d’observation, de création et d’analyse a été exposé du 12 au 16 janvier 2019 au théâtre d’Orléans. Ils reviennent pour nous sur cette exposition.
