Abstract
Setiap perusahaan harus dapat memperhatikan sejauh mana pelanggan puas dengan produk yang ditawarkan. CV Mitra Perkasa Utomo merupakan perusahaan importir yang mendatangkan barang dari Canada. Adapun fenomena yang ditemukan di dalam perusahaan ini adalah adanya komplain atau keluhan dari pelanggan karena adanya ketidakpuasan pelanggan khususnya terkait dengan ketidakpercayaan akan keandalan CV Mitra Perkasa Utomo dalam menyediakan produk oli otomotif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan CV Mitra Perkasa Utomo. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kausalitas dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 37 pelanggan CV Mitra Perkasa Utomo yaitu pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian produk setiap bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan cara total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk oli di CV Mitra Perkasa Utomo.
