Abstract
En sept opéras, Pascal Dusapin a exploré les nombreuses ramifications du genre, s’inspirant d’auteurs contemporains comme de mythes ancestraux, traitant différents formats – de l’opéra de chambre au grand opéra –, initiant et pratiquant de nombreuses collaborations artistiques. Ses motivations et son cheminement très personnels autour du texte, de la voix, de la musique, font ressortir la prééminence de la partition qui doit libérer tous les autres paramètres engagés dans l’assemblage complexe qu’est l’art lyrique.
