Abstract
La réorganisation du système de la santé au Québec en 2015 a formé les centres intégrés en santé et services sociaux. La création de ces grandes structures a provoqué des bouleversements importants chez le personnel. Un projet de centralisation de services dans une grande organisation en santé comprenait des changements majeurs pour les employés et a causé des résistances. La réaction forte du personnel demandait une écoute attentive et une analyse afin de mettre en place les processus communicationnels nécessaires dans un contexte de gestion de changement et de planification stratégique. Ce mémoire s’appuie sur une démarche d’élaboration d’un audit de communication et sur une réflexion encadrant celle-ci visant à mieux comprendre le paysage communicationnel d’une grande organisation en santé afin d’aider à concevoir des stratégies de communication appropriées au contexte soit à la culture et aux sous-cultures existantes. Il repose sur l’importance de la communication et de la compréhension de la culture organisationnelle dans un projet de gestion de changement. Grâce à l’audit qu’il présente et à ses recommandations, il est un outil de prévision stratégique et pourra aider les grandes organisations à construire des plans de communication pouvant accompagner le changement.
