Abstract
Près de 17 ans après l’arrivée du référentiel La formation à l’enseignement – Les orientations – Les compétences professionnelles (Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec, 2001) plusieurs défis demeurent dans la formation pratique des futurs enseignants québécois. Dans le cadre d’une recherche avec des formateurs d’étudiants-stagiaires en enseignement au secondaire, une communauté de pratique a été mise en place (Wenger, 2005). Sept formateurs de stagiaires ont participé à une recherche collaborative (Desgagné, 1997). Durant le processus de cosituation, les discussions entre les formateurs de stagiaires entourant la négociation de sens en cours d’action ont été analysées (Wenger, 2005). Les résultats présentent les zones de convergence ainsi que les zones de divergence entre eux. L’apport de textes scientifiques fournis aux formateurs sera également discuté : ont-ils été un levier pour la négociation de sens?
