Abstract
Kegiatan penerapan Ipteks ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan aparatur desa dalam pengelolaan administrasi keuangan melalui pengelolaan kearsipan (majemen kearsipan). Dari hasil survey awal diketahui aparatur desa terutama sekretaris desa sangat terbatas kecakapan teknis dalam hal penentuan nomor surat, sifat surat, dan pengdokumentasian surat-surat desa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di desa Alue Lim Kecamatan Blang Mangat Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe. Personal yang diharapkan sebagai mitra adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, kepala urusan (Kaur) Pemerintahan Desa, Kegiatan penerapan ipteks dalam program hibah pembinaan desa ini memberi manfaat nyata dalam pengelolaan administrasi keuangan desa. Dampak dari kegiatan ini akan memberikan value prestasi kerja lebih baik terutama dalam kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keakuratan pelayanan publik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sangat mendukung maksud dan tujuan dari Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh.Keyword : Pengelolaan Kearsipan Desa
