Abstract
L’accompagnement de l’enseignant associé et du superviseur universitaire joue un rôle de premier plan dans la formation des futurs enseignants. Afin d’améliorer cet accompagnement et de favoriser le développement professionnel, le eportfolio a été introduit dans un baccalauréat en éducation préscolaire et enseignement primaire. Cet article présente les résultats d’une recherche collaborative qui met en scène une équipe de multiacteurs (enseignants associés, superviseurs universitaires et chercheures) pour structurer un eportfolio et procéder à la mise à l’essai. La première partie propose une définition du eportfolio et un arrimage entre celui-ci et le concept d’accompagnement. Dans la deuxième partie, nous présentons les étapes de la recherche collaborative et l’intégration des différentes méthodes de collecte de données. L’article se termine sur la troisième partie, une réflexion par rapport à la structuration du eportfolio avec les praticiens et la nécessité de remettre en question les dispositifs antérieurs lorsqu’une nouveauté est amenée dans un programme de formation.
