Abstract
Intervenir en ergonomie, tel est le propos de ce livre. Il vous guidera dans la manière d’accompagner les acteurs d’une entreprise dans un processus d’amélioration du travail, en vue de préserver la santé des personnes, tout en optimisant la production. L’ouvrage présente une vision moderne de l’intervention ergonomique. Il propose d’abord un modèle de la personne en activité, de même qu’un modèle de l’intervention, et explique d’une manière claire les grands concepts sous-jacents à l’intervention ergonomique. L’ouvrage décrit par la suite les grandes étapes à réaliser, de l’analyse de la demande au suivi des transformations. Il inclut une réflexion sur la pratique et propose aux lecteurs des outils concrets. L’intervention en ergonomie est le reflet de la pratique des chercheurs et praticiens québécois et de l’expérience de près de 30 ans de recherche-action, dont l’essor a été grandement favorisé par le soutien de l’Institut de recherche Robert-Sauvé en santé et en sécurité du travail (IRSST).
