Résumé Les images de justice reflètent leur époque. Nombre d'entre elles mettent en scène sa puissance afin d'inspirer la peur ; d'autres cherchent à susciter l'émotion du public et des accusés ; d'autres encore montrent une justice de notables exclusivement masculine qui fait comparaitre des jeunes victimes avant que dans les années 1970, grâce au combat militant contre les violences sexuelles, on assiste à un renversement des images du procès pénal.
