Les concepts de remplacement et d’abrogation d’une disposition législative suscitent encore des difficultés au niveau jurisprudentiel. Dans l’objectif de dissiper ce malaise pouvant entraîner d’importantes conséquences pratiques, l’auteur rappelle les principes de base qui sous-tendent ces notions toujours d’actualité.
