Abstract
Après avoir identifié les principaux éléments à considérer lors du choix d’une structure légale pour réaliser une coentreprise à l’étranger, l’auteure présente les diverses possibilités juridiques offertes aux coentrepreneurs. Elle analyse d’abord les coentreprises purement contractuelles, pour ensuite traiter de celles qui prennent une forme statutaire connue, insistant sur les particularités propres à chaque structure et faisant ressortir les avantages et inconvénients de chaque alternative pour les partenaires.
