Abstract
Dit dossier bevat een overzicht van informatie over duurzaamheid en melkveehouderij. Omdat duurzaamheid een breed begrip is kan het overzicht niet compleet zijn. De nadruk ligt op de centrale thema’s zoals die binnen Duurzame Zuivelketen worden opgepakt. Het dossier bevat onder andere presentaties over duurzaamheidsprestaties en hun ontwikkelingen in de loop van de tijd. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor de relatie ondernemerschap en duurzaamheid, bij voorbeeld met informatie over best presterende bedrijven. Ook is er informatie over duurzaamheid in de melkveehouderij in internationaal verband.
