Abstract
La complexite et la flexibilite du marche du travail, et le besoin d’apprentissage tout au long de la vie, produisent une plus grande diversification des trajectoires et un travail permanent d’ajustement de la part de l’individu. Ceci force le renouvellement de la pratique et de la recherche dans les domaines de l’orientation. Cet article analyse les « rapports a la vie professionnelle » des jeunes au postsecondaire comme elements cles de la comprehension des parcours. Les resultats sont issus d’une recherche qualitative et longitudinale sur les parcours scolaires et professionnels des jeunes de differents programmes du Cegep au Quebec.
