Abstract
Ce texte presente une approche experimentale de l'ingenierie des EIAH. Nous avons modelise un scenario pedagogique a l'aide d'un outil de description normalisee. Sur la base d'une experimentation realisee au sein de l'IUT de Laval aupres de 38 etudiants, nous presentons les ecarts constates entre les activites et les scenarios preconcus ainsi que la nature des interactions entre les acteurs humains (tuteur et apprenants). La methodologie utilisee repose sur trois techniques (traces informatiques, observations in situ et entretiens). Les resultats obtenus nous permettent d'envisager la re-ingenierie d'un EIAH.
