Abstract
慢性腎臓病（chronic kidney disease；CKD）の標準的な治療指針とすべく，日本腎臓学会が作成してきた「CKD診療ガイドライン」が，かかりつけ医を主な利用者として2018年に5 年ぶりに全面改訂された。今回，作成委員会が特に留意したポイントは，CKD診療における病診連携・チームアプローチの推進と高齢CKD患者に対するきめ細かな管理の2 つである。特に食事療法や腎代替療法の準備ではチームアプローチが重要となり，病診連携をタイムリーにスタートさせるべく，紹介基準を改訂した。また高齢CKD患者における血圧，血糖や貧血の管理上の注意点も明記した。内容は豊富であるが，簡潔・明瞭な記載に留めたため，全体としてはコンパクトにまとまったガイドラインとなっている。
