Abstract
RESUMO
 As dores osteomusculares são classificadas como incapacidades laborais temporárias ou permanentes, resultante de combinações de sobrecarga do sistema musculoesquelético conhecidas como Lesões por Esforço Repetitivo (LER) e Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionado ao Trabalho (DORT). O presente estudo tem por objetivo identificar qual a região do corpo mais afetada por (DORT/LER) em agricultores produtores de tabaco. O estudo é observacional com aplicação de 4 instrumentos: Questionário Socioeconômico; Questionário Nórdico (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire); Questionário de Roland Morris e Escala analógica da dor em agricultores produtores de tabaco, com delimitação transversal de pesquisa, no município de Linha Concórdia Prudentópolis PR. Os resultados segundo análise de presença de dor do questionário nórdico obteve-se as seguintes respostas: 52% em cervical; 64% em ombros; 80%em braços;56% em antebraços; 60% em punho/mãos/dedos; 100% em região lombar e 92% em quadril/MMII. Acredita-se que suas dores são devido a postura e o trabalho no cultivo do fumo, sendo que 80% dos participantes responderam que sim, com frequência em região lombar 92% responderam que a dor aparece em quadril e MMII quando exercem seu trabalho na fumicultura. Conclusão: O presente trabalho teve por objetivo observar a ergonomia e as queixas osteomusculares em fumicultores do interior de Prudentópolis, e propor ao final orientações para diminuição da incidência lesões, onde se constatou que mais de 90% da amostra referiram dores lombares.
