RSE, management responsable et isomorphisme institutionnel : une analyse à partir des résultats d’une enquête internationale

Abstract
Cet article a pour objectif de fournir une grille d’analyse d’inspiration institutionnaliste permettant de comprendre les raisons des convergences / divergences constatées dans les stratégies RSE de grandes entreprises appartenant à onze pays de l’OCDE, avec un focus sur le cas français en guise d’illustration. Les données analysées proviennent d’une enquête internationale nommée « International Corporate Sustainability Barometer », conduite en 2012. Les résultats du baromètre permettent de mettre en évidence un lien étroit entre l’isomorphisme de type coercitif et l’adoption d’une stratégie RSE dans les entreprises de notre échantillon international. Le cas français témoigne d’un isomorphisme coercitif particulier.
