Abstract
Cet article expose comment le Modele canadien du rendement et de l’engagement occupationnels (MCREO) et la Mesure canadienne du rendement occupationnel (MCRO) nous ont amenes a reflechir sur une ergotherapie, discipline du fonctionnement de la personne dans ses occupations. L’objectif est de montrer comment, a partir de ce modele, nous avons pu initier au sein de notre Service de suite et de readaptation (SSR) une approche concrete, pratique, prenant en compte les concepts de l’ergotherapie et le contexte politique de sante. Cet ecrit tente de repondre a la question : en quoi le MCREO et la MCRO ont-ils un interet dans la pratique de l’ergotherapie ?
