Abstract
Un recent accord entre les specialistes en economie et en droits humains et les activistes a donne des nouveaux cadres pour evaluer les realisations des droits economiques et sociaux en utilisant une politique macroeconomique. L’article aborde l’histoire des traites relativement aux droits humains et l’ecart entre les genres et fait le lien entre les droits a l’egalite des genres et l’analyse des politiques macroeconomiques. De plus elle suggere des outils potentiels tels une comptabilite et un budget responsables qui evalueront les ressources de la societe et demontreront l’ecart entre les budgets publics et les droits.
