Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To the Editor: We are pleased by the interest of Ozen and colleagues1 for our work2 and appreciate their choice to test our predictive model of response to anakinra in their cohort of children with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA). The authors used the same definition of complete clinical response (CCR) as in our study and quantified the activity of systemic disease through the systemic manifestation score (SMS) that we developed2. The frequency of CCR recorded in the study by Ozen, et al 1 … Address correspondence to Prof. A. Ravelli, Clinica Pediatrica e Reumatologia, IRCCS Istituto G. Gaslini, Via G. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
