Abstract
Cet article met à profit la notion d’épreuve d’explicitation (Muniesa, 2014) afin de contribuer à la compréhension du processus performatif dans les organisations publiques. L’analyse de la mise en place du Service européen pour l’action extérieure (SEAE) donne à voir la manière dont l’organisation élaborée a performé deux problématisations des affaires extérieures de l’Union européenne (UE), l’approche supranationale et l’approche intergouvernementale. Ce travail contribue à la recherche en management de deux manières. D’abord, il examine l’influence de problématisations alternatives aux sciences économiques, ici politiques, dans la performation de la réalité organisationnelle. Ensuite, il offre, à travers la notion d’épreuve d’explicitation, une perspective permettant de compléter la connaissance du processus de performativité dans les organisations, en se focalisant sur la manière dont les dispositifs organisationnels font acquérir une réalité aux énoncés.
