Resume Cet article relate la reflexion en cours sur la prise en charge des personnes confrontees a un trouble psychotique emergent dans un secteur de psychiatrie adulte du departement des Hauts-de-Seine. Quelle offre de soins, pour quel territoire ? Comment imbriquer une offre de soins specialisee intersectorielle dans le dispositif sectoriel existant ? Pour repondre a ces questions, nous nous sommes surtout bases sur le cadre de reference du ministere de la Sante et des Services sociaux canadien de 2017 [1].
