Abstract
Cet article présente les enjeux et défis de la mise en œuvre de la Politique nationale d’éducation relative à l’environnement colombienne. Il aborde les intentions de transformation sociale de cette politique conçue à la fois comme un processus et un instrument de changement fondamental pour l’institutionnalisation de l’éducation relative à l’environnement en Colombie. La recherche-formation est la stratégie de mobilisation et de conception privilégiée pour l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la Politique. Favorisant le renforcement de la relation participation-appropriation, elle se veut un instrument d’appui au développement de projets d’action locale.
