Abstract
La prime de risque sur les actions représente le rendement supplémentaire obtenu en investissant en actions par rapport au rendement d’un bon du Trésor de court terme. La littérature financière a depuis une trentaine d’années proposé divers modèles de risque pour justifier l’amplitude de cette prime qui est de l’ordre de 6 % à 8 % annuellement pour la plupart des pays industrialisés pour la période de l’après-guerre. Nous passons en revue les divers modèles et expliquons leur complexification au fil du temps pour expliquer non seulement la prime moyenne, mais aussi sa variabilité, sa prévisibilité à divers horizons et sa structure à terme.
