Abstract

À partir d’une définition de la co-construction qui met l’accent sur la participation décisionnelle de deux catégories d’acteurs sociaux – ce qui permet de ne pas en voir partout – la co-construction des connaissances est analysée en se référant au modèle de la recherche partenariale pratiquée et institutionnalisée au Québec depuis 1992 et au Canada depuis 2000. Après avoir présenté les expériences qui ont nourri notre réflexion, nous posons les balises théoriques pour cerner la co-construction des politiques publiques en faisant ressortir la jonction entre démocratie participative et démocratie représentative. En conclusion, nous revenons sur les points de convergence entre les deux co-constructions.
