Abstract
In the article the features and benefits of the implementation of standards of strategic, multi-project and project management, which are successfully used in the advanced countries and companies in the world, primarily in the US, EU, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Canada. A new conceptual model for the organization of an integrated system of strategic planning, multi-project and project management of the development of Ukraine. Development and implementation of national strategies, plans and programs of socio-economic and innovative development of Ukraine suggest a harmonious development of the state. Proposed transition of executive authorities and local self-government on the principles of project management. This will allow Powys quality of formation and implementation of national strategies, plans and programs of innovative development of Ukraine.
