Abstract
S’interroger sur le rôle qu’ont apporté les réseaux sociaux à la gestion du monde des affaires ou du secteur public, c’est essayer de comprendre les retombées d’un phénomène né du mariage d’une technologie nouvelle, le web interactif, avec l’engouement créé par l’apparition des plateformes numériques d’échanges, qualifiées de réseaux sociaux. En jetant un regard historique sur l’évolution des différentes formes d’expression publique au cours des siècles, on se rend compte que chaque nouvelle technologie permet tout simplement de faire mieux, plus rapidement, mais pas nécessairement différemment de ce que l’on faisait auparavant, en entraînant toutefois des effets imprévus et parfois pervers.
