Alfa Laval can provide a total solution for beverage production process by a combination of centrifugation with gen-tle IN/OUTLET, a long-established membrane filtration and unique centrifugal thin-film evaporation. The total solu-tion gives synergy effect and high efficiency to separation-concentration process of beverage. In addition the manu-facturer can receive great merits for process design through laboratory test, engineering and maintenance of theplant.
