Abstract
Amaç: Nazolakrimal kanal tıkanıklığı (NLKT) olan olgularda DSR (Dakriyosistorinostomi) ameliyatlarının sonuçlarımızın sunulması. Yöntem: Adıyaman Üniversitesi Göz Hastalıkları Kliniği’nde Ocak 2016- Mart 2018 tarihleri arasında yapılan 128 Bikanaliküler Silikon Tüp Entübasyonlu DSR ameliyatı kayıtları değerlendirilerek; hastalar yaş, klinik başvuru şekli, postoperatif komplikasyonlar açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Bikanaliküler Silikon Tüp Entübasyonlu DSR ameliyatı uygulanan 128 hastanın başarı oranı %92’ dır. Komplikasyonlar %5,5 oranında hastaya bağlı nedenlerden tüpün çıkması , % 6,3 oranında nüks , % 1,6 Oranında kantal bölgede konjuktiva yürümesi, % 2,3 oranında tüpe bağlı punktum erozyonu , % 1.6 olguda cilt kesi alanında skar dokusu görülmüştür. Sonuç: DSR sonrası nüks vakalarda bile etkinliğinin yüksek olması ve postoperatif lavaja ihtiyaç duyulmaması gibi avantajları nedeniyle hala endonasal DSR gibi yeni jenerasyon işlemlere üstün olan yöntem olarak Bikanaliküler Silikon Tüp Entübasyonlu DSR iyi bir alternatiftir.
