Abstract
Le choix des politiques de gestion des ressources renouvelables implique la participation d’acteurs avec chacun sa logique d’action. Il n’est cependant pas évident que ces logiques d’actions convergent vers une décision consensuelle. Comment les structurer et les formaliser afin de réduire les contradictions ? Le modèle délibératif apporte une réponse à cette question en offrant un cadre méthodologique de débats permettant aux acteurs de révéler leurs préférences et d’argumenter leurs points de vue sur un projet de politique. Cet article présente les apports de la démarche Integraal d’analyse délibérative suite à son application au programme de formulation du plan de gestion d’un espace communautaire de ressources renouvelables.
