Abstract
Ringkasan Agroindustri Tape Singkong yang berada di Desa Wonojoyo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri merupakan industri rumah tangga (home industri). Sebagian warga di Desa Wonojoyo menggantungkan hidup sebagai pengusaha agroindustri tape singkong. Dengan hasil usaha memproduksi tape singkong akan menambah pendapatan rumah tangga mereka. Di Desa Wonojoyo memiliki dua sistem jual yaitu sistem jual ke pengecer dan sistem jual ke konsumen langsung. Oleh karena itu, perlu di lakukan analisis perbandingan mengenai perbedaan pendapatan antara sistem jual ke pengecer dan sistem jual ke konsumen langsung, analisis BEP (titik impas), dan bagaimana prospek keberlanjutan agroindustri tape singkong dari permintaan di pasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besarnya perbedaan pendapatan yang diperoleh pada Agroindustri Tape Singkong baik dengan system jual ke pengecer dan sistem jual ke konsumen langsung, untuk mengetahui besarnya Break Event Point (titik impas) Agroindustri Tape Singkong baik dengan sistem jual ke pengecer dan sistem jual ke konsumen langsung, untuk mengetahui bagaimana prospek keberlanjutannya agroindustri tape singkong di Desa Wonojoyo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri.
