Abstract
El present article te per objectiu analitzar els reptes plantejats des d'un model de treball inclusiu per abordar les dificultats del llenguatge en contextos educatius. Es revisa breument l'organitzacio de l'escola tradicional i la seva resposta a les necessitats educatives especials, per donar a continuacio pautes clares d'accio sustentades en tres pilars basics: la col·laboracio educativa com a model organitzatiu i de relacio professional, l'avaluacio educativa de tall naturalista, qualitativa i dinamica, i la intervencio en contextos naturals i enclavada en el curriculum. *[L'original d'aquest article va ser publicat en castella a la revista Ambits de Psicopedagogia num 11, estiu 2004]
