L’implantation des dispositifs technologiques constitue de nos jours une réalité quotidienne dans les organisations publiques comme privées, ces dernières étant conscientes de l’apport indéniable que pourraient apporter ces technologies dans la création de valeur et dans l’optimisation de leurs processus d’affaires. Dans l’univers de la gestion documentaire, et notamment dans le secteur public, l’implantation des systèmes de gestion des documents vise à apporter une réponse forte aux enjeux du numérique quant à la constitution, la valorisation et la préservation de la mémoire organique et consignée, dont le caractère hybride la rend d’autant plus vulnérable. Ces systèmes de gestion visent à soutenir ces institutions dans leurs missions relatives à l’accès à l’information documentaire pour les citoyens. Afin d’assurer une meilleure intégration de ces systèmes dans le milieu organisationnel, il est vital d’instaurer une véritable gestion du changement. Le présent article traite de cette problématique, en exposant tout d’abord les particularités des systèmes de gestion intégrée des documents, puis en présentant la démarche à suivre pour la mise en place de ces dispositifs, et ce, en fonction d’un ensemble de propriétés organisationnelles et du rôle des acteurs organisationnels concernés.
