Institutional strategies to prevent violence in nursing work: an integrative review
Bibliographic record
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the production of research that adopted as object of investigation: institutional strategies, actions and programs to curb and/or prevent the nursing workplace violence. METHOD: Integrative review of 14 articles in full, available in the databases LILACS, PubMed Central, Scopus, CINAHL and Web of Science. RESULTS: Of the articles analyzed, most arise from quantitative research (71%), carried out in the United States (65%), with educational actions (57%) and programs (43%), denoting policies. CONCLUSION: Results showed various ways to curb or prevent nursing workplace violence. These are specific strategies, there are few programs deployed worldwide, usually centered in the United States, Canada and Sweden. Most of them is well evaluated and can serve as a model for the development and dissemination of policies according to the needs of each location.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
