Le développement du discours narratif est un fondement majeur de la compréhension en lecture. Cependant, il appert que les enfants concernés par le TSA ont des difficultés dans la narration, ce qui influe sur leurs habiletés sociales et scolaires. Cette recherche s’intéresse à la portée d’interventions en lecture interactive pour le développement du discours narratif chez l’enfant concerné par le TSA. Une analyse inductive par création de catégories a été faite pour trois séances ciblées réalisées auprès d’une enfant de 11 ans pendant dix mois d’interventions. Les résultats démontrent une complexification des questions posées par l’adulte et des réponses de l’enfant, une évolution dans l’identification des composantes récurrentes du récit et une augmentation des liens de causalité établis dans et entre celles-ci, amenant à considérer l’implantation de cette intervention dans les classes pour soutenir le développement du discours narratif des élèves.
