Abstract
Cet article porte sur la réflexivité au coeur du travail de nature identitaire de 31 personnes enseignantes engagées dans une formation continue en enseignement. Afin de mettre en lumière l’importance de la réflexivité dans ce type de travail, j’ai puisé aux résultats d’une enquête qualitative visant à comprendre l’expérience du travail de nature identitaire de ces personnes enseignantes. L’analyse des données révèle que le travail de nature identitaire est avant tout réflexif; il constitue un processus intérieur qui part d’une rencontre-déclencheur, est fondé sur une pratique de la présence et se déploie à travers un tourbillonnement réflexif entrecroisé de mises en interrogation de soi et de prises de conscience menant à des dénouements variés.
