Abstract
<p>Keluarga Berencana merupakan upaya mewujudkan keluarga yang berkualitas dan membentuk generasi penerus yang sehat dan cerdas. Implan merupakan salah satu metode kontrasepsi yang memiliki<br />cakupan rendah dibandingkan metode kontrasepsi yang lain. Kelurahan Katulampa memiliki cakupan Implan paling rendah di wilayah Kecamatan Bogor Timur. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat<br />pengetahuan tentang Implan pada wanita usia subur di Kelurahan Katulampa Kecamatan Bogor Timur Kota Bogor Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Cross<br />Sectional. Populasi adalah wanita usia subur yang sudah berkeluarga/menikah berjumlah 1909 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita usia subur yang sudah berkeluarga/menikah yang menggunakan KB<br />Implan dan non Implan sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang Implan. Diperlukan upaya program Keluarga Berencana berupa<br />Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE) pada para wanita usia subur yang sudah menikah dan belum mengetahui dengan baik tentang Implan yang dilakukan oleh petugas KB di lapangan ataupun yang dilakukan<br />oleh para akademisi program studi kesehatan masyarakat khususnya peminatan Kesehatan Reproduksi/KIA.</p>
