Abstract
Sumber daya air merupakan potensi untuk untuk dijadikan energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT), sebagai antisipasi kekurangan energy khususnya energy listrik. Begitupun yang dialami oleh distrik-distrik yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Boven Digoel, Provinsi Papua, yang pada saat sekarang ini masih kekurangan pasokan listrik untuk disalurkan ke kampung-kampung yang ada di seluruh distrik di Kabupaten Boven Digoel, Provinsi Papua. Salah satunya adalah kampong Bayangop, Distrik Mangelum. Yang mempunyai potensi sumberdaya air yang dapat dijadikan sumber energy listrik terutama sumber energy listrik dari pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro (PLTMH)Kata Kunci : PLTMH, Penstocks, Elevasi, KW, KVA.
