Abstract
La pratique des personnes conseillères d’orientation est complexe et exige des espaces-temps de réflexivité pour repenser le travail. Sous l’angle de la psychologie culturelle-historique, la réflexion est conçue comme une reconfiguration du rapport à l’activité laborieuse et repose sur des dynamiques collectives et subjectives. À partir d’instructions au sosie réalisées en collectif, l’analyse ici proposée cerne les fonctions du collectif, de la discussion sur le métier et des contradictions le traversant, pour stimuler la réflexion et dynamiser les affects liés à l’activité de travail. Pour les personnes conseillères impliquées, les réflexions collectives et mises en débat du métier ont soutenu l’établissement d’un rapport subjectif progressivement plus conscient à l’activité de travail, lequel les mène à envisager de nouvelles possibilités d’agir.
