Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Bontolempangan Kecamatan Bontolempangan Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja kelompok tani muslim terhadap peningkatan produksi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan di Desa Bontolempangan Kecamatan Bontolempangan Kabupaten Gowa.Total sampling dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah para petani yang tergolong dalam kelompok tani di Desa Bontolempangan Kecamatan Bontolempangan Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 200 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin maka menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 130 sampel. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh melalui instrument tersebut kemudian diolah melalui analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa margin etos kerja kelompok tani muslim, peningkatan produksi dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dari hasil analisis inferensial yang menggunakan uji t dengan rumus regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitunglebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel.
