Abstract
L’article porte sur l’implantation du modèle psychoéducatif dans tous les services de réadaptation destinés aux adolescent(e)s du CJM-IU, placés en vertu soit de la Loi sur la santé et les services sociaux, soit de la Loi sur la protection de la Jeunesse, soit de la Loi sur le système de justice pénale pour les adolescents. Sont décrites d’abord les origines conceptuelles du projet puis la structure de travail mise en place pour favoriser la participation d’une cinquantaine d’équipes d’éducateurs oeuvrant auprès d’adolescents hébergés en foyers de groupe ou en internat. Sont ensuite présentées les étapes de la démarche d’implantation des opérations professionnelles inhérentes au modèle psychoéducatif appliquées aux groupes. Enfin sont évoqués les principaux défis que pose l’implantation complète et durable de ce modèle en raison de la diversité des formations et de la mobilité du personnel éducatif.
