Abstract
« La Conception Universelle » de l’Apprentissage est une démarche pédagogique qui favorise un apprentissage pour TOUS à travers un enseignement/apprentissage holistique basé sur les 3 C. Elle permet de réduire les obstacles cognitifs (reliés au cerveau), les obstacles émotionnels (reliés au cœur) et les obstacles psychomoteurs et kinesthésiques (reliés au corps). En 2013, l’Université de Montréal a décidé de passer d’une politique d’insertion et d’intégration à une politique inclusive. Avec des apprenants ayant des besoins particuliers, une modification du contexte didactique d’enseignement/apprentissage et du contexte évaluatif s’avèrent indispensables. D’où l’idée d’introduire dans le cours Français Langue des affaires la Conception Universelle de l’Apprentissage comme un pont dynamique (Allal, 2013 : 21) entre une différenciation pédagogique en modalité de classe inversée et une évaluation humaniste « permettant d’augmenter les chances de réussite pour TOUS les apprenants, quel que soit leur niveau d’habileté ou leur base de connaissance1 » (McQuarrie, McRae et Stack-Culter, 2006 : 15).
