Abstract
This monograph is intended as a reference for scholars and stakeholders in benefits management structures (BMSs). It should help stakeholders establish structures, consider ways to improve existing structures and to build the body of knowledge on structures and the sharing of that knowledge. We have called the process co-design because we have worked with BMS stakeholders though a series of interviews and focus groups to identify BMS purposes and challenges and to refine and add to the design considerations and best practice suggestions derived from the literature and our analysis.
