Abstract
L'objectif de la communication est de presenter une analyse d'un dispositif de formation offert aux professeurs nouvellement engages. En ce sens, seront d'abord presentes le contexte du dispositif, les caracteristiques des participants et des animateurs, les objectifs et le programme detaille du dispositif. Puis, l'evaluation du dispositif sera presentee a la fois a travers ce que les professeurs nouvellement engages en disent eux-memes ainsi que grâce a l'outil d'analyse FFOM ou SWOT (Forces, Faiblesses, Opportunites, Menaces). Enfin, les defis rencontres par les formateurs et les constats observes apres une troisieme edition permettront de mettre en lumiere des perspectives d'amelioration et de formuler de nouveaux questionnements sur le developpement professionnel des nouveaux professeurs.
