Abstract
In order to make aim fragments espressed timely, measurably and effectively in transgenic plants, gene expression system was established by an effective gene switch erected in the upper of expressed aim gene to realize artificial controls for gene expression. The paper reviewed promoter-repressing system, promoter-activationg control system, glucocorticoid-mediated transcriptional induction system, ethanol inducible gene expression control system, copper-controllable gene expression system and also discussed app;ications, merits and flaws of the eukaryotic artificial control system for gene expression.
