AbstrakPerkawinan merupakan salah satu peristiwa yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat kita, sebab perkawinan itu tidak hanya menyangkut wanita dan pria bakal mempelai saja, tetapi juga orang tua kedua belah pihak, saudara- saudaranya, bahkan keluarga mereka masing-masing. Tulisan ini menganalisa masalah Teka Ra Ne’e dalam perkawinan di Kecamatan Parado Kabupaten Bima-NTB. Jenis penelitian skripsi ini adalah Field Research Kualitatif yaitu suatu penelitian dimana penulis melakukan penelitian secara langsung dengan objek yang diteliti. Bahwa Hukum Islam memandang pelaksanaan adat Teka Ra Ne’e yang ada di Kecamatan Parado Kabupaten Bima-NTB sesuai dengan Hukum Islam. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaan adat Teka Ra Ne’e lebih banyak memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat ketimbang mudhoratnya. Dalam adat Teka Ra Ne’e terdapat hal-hal yang positif diantaranya: tolong-menolong, gotong- royong, menjalin silaturrahmi, serta menjaga persatuan dan persaudaraan antar sesama. Tulisan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi dan menambah pengetahuan serta pemahaman baik kepada masyarakat awam, lebih-lebih kepada generasi milenial yang hidup di era globalisasi dengan teknologi yang semakin maju tentang adat Teka Ra Ne’e yang sesuai dengan tuntunan/perintah Allah (al-Qur’an) dan Rasul-Nya (Hadits).Kata Kunci: Adat, Hukum Islam, Perkawinan.AbstractMarriage is one of the most important events in the life of our society, because marriage is not only about women and men going to the bride, but also parents of both parties, siblings, even their respective families. This paper analyzes the issue of Teka Ra Ne'e in marriage in Parado District, Bima Regency, NTB. The type of this research is a qualitative field research that is a study in which the author conducts research directly with the object under study. Whereas Islamic Law considers the implementation of the Teka Ra Ne'e adat in Parado Sub-District, Bima-NTB Regency in accordance with Islamic Law. This is because in the implementation of the Teka Ra Ne'e tradition there are more benefits for the community than the mudhorat. In the tradition of Teka Ra Ne'e there are positive things including: helping, building relationships, and maintaining unity and brotherhood among each other. This paper is expected to be a reference material and increase knowledge and understanding both for people, especially for millennials who live in the globalization era with increasingly advanced technology about Teka Ra Ne'e customs that are in accordance with God's guidance / orders (al- Qur'an) and His Messenger (Hadith).Keywords: Custom, Islamic Law, Marriage.
