Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberadaan dan kompetensi Tenaga Kependidikan di SMA Negeri sekabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan model discrepancy. Responden penelitian berjumlah 45 orang, terdiri dari 3 Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah; 18 Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah dan 24 petugas layanan khusus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Keberadaan Kepala Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah di SMA Negeri sekabupaten Blitar masih belum memadai (43,86%) namun kualifikasi akademiknya sudah memadai (S.1 dan S.2) serta memiliki sertifikat; (2) Keberadaan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah di SMA Negeri sekabupaten Blitar belum memadai (39,98%) namun kompetensi sudah memadai (72,22%); (3) Keberadaan petugas layanan khusus di SMA Negeri sekabupaten Blitar sudah memadai walaupun masih berstatus PTT (66,67%) dengan kompetensi yang sudah memadai (60%).
