Abstract
Latar Belakang : Masa kehamilan dan persalinan bersifat fisiologis bagi seorang perempuan yang telah menikah, namun dapat berisiko terjadi komplikasi pada masa tersebut sebagai akibat dari perilaku reproduksi, status kesehatan dan cara pemeliharaan kesehatan. Angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu merupakan indicator yang penting untuk menggambarkan status kesehatan maternal. Peran kader posyandu tidak dapat terlepas dari kesehatan ibu dan anak, sehingga kader kesehatan perlu diberikan tanggung jawab untuk melakukan pemantauan program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis peran kader posyandu dengan penerapan stiker program perencanaan persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi (P4K) di Kalurahan Mojosongo Jebres Surakarta. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu-ibu kader posyandu di wilayah Kelurahan Mojosongo Jebres Surakarta pada bulan Februari tahun 2019. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Alat pengumpulan datanya kuesioner. Analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Peran kader posyandu dalam Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) sebagian besar Positif sebanyak 28 responden (70%), Penerapan Stiker Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) sebagian besar Diterapkan sebanyak 25 responden (62,5%). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Peran Kader Posyandu Dengan Penerapan Stiker Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) di wilayah Mojosongo Jebres Surakarta diketahui dari Uji Chi Square bahwa nilai signifikansi (0,001)
